For one seller, we are donating an entire listing side commission to Children's Minnesota, Cancer Kids Fund! 

Opportunity is open to new clients who have not worked with Matt Ditzler in the past or currently have their home listed. Donation amount will vary based on the sale price of the home and will not include the list of marketing expenses. 

In the spirit of giving and donating as much money as possible, in the shortest time, if the property presents unique challenges, we reserve the right to select another seller.
